What are the opening hours of Xinzhuang Cultural Arts Center?
Opening Hours：
9:00am-9:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday
9:00am-5:30pm, Sunday and Monday
Opening Hours of the Art Hall and Hand Puppet Museum:
9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Sunday
Days the Center is closed: The first Monday of every month, national holidays, and when offices are closed due to natural disasters as announced by the government. Other closing days will be announced separately.
Notices on buying tickets or getting free tickets
Ticketing
Regular admission
- Please purchase tickets in the gift shop in person 20 days prior to the show.
- The hours for ticketing are Tue. - Sat. 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Mondays and Sundays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Closed days: ticketing is not available.
- Please refer to the information on the flyers for Era Ticket and Arts Ticket System.
Group Tickets
- Group tickets are available 25 days prior to the show; only phone reservations are accepted (minimum 25 tickets, maximum 50 tickets.)
- Please attach a certificate of Group; the tickets should be paid up and picked up at the Center 20 days prior to the show. (Late pickups are not accepted and considered forfeited.)
Getting free tickets
- For regular admission, please come to the center personally to pick up the tickets at the information desk (4 tickets max. for each person).
- Please sign for the tickets personally. (Signing for others is not allowed).

Remarks: One ticket grants one free admission for one person. No ticket no entry. Except for children’s shows, children under the age of 17 or less then 110 cm in height and infants are not allowed for entry.
